Section 59
Punishment for keeping wrongly delivered postal item or stamp bag
: If a person fraudulently leaves with him or knowingly suppresses or throws away or intercepts any postal item or stamp bag to be delivered to another person while in transit through the post office or the employee of a post office. If he does not make the return delivery as per the order or refuses to make the return delivery, he will be fined up to two thousand rupees.
